Alexandra Maria Lara has been a German/Romanian television actress for over a decade. Alexandra is well-known for her roles in Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. Born as the only children from Romanian actress Valentin Platareanu, Alexandra got into showbiz early and landed up playing lead roles in different shows on television by the time she turned 16. The Oscar-nominated film Downfall her character as Adolf Hitler's Secretary Traudljunge was also critically acclaimed. The Reader is another Oscar nominated film that features this stunning actress. Alexandra is well-known for her participation in a variety of important projects in both the US as well as internationally. Some of these include British Biographical Film Control Greek Drama film The Dust of Time French Historical Miniseries Napoleon and many more. In addition, she has been a juror at the Transylvania International Film Festival as and The Cannes Film Festival.
